This price catalog contains Shimadzu Corporation's proprietary parts installed on Boeing
Commercial Airplane models B737; B747; B757; B767; and B777. The parts are listed
alpha-numerically regardless of their applications.
Please be informed that all after-market sales, service and support for parts installed on Boeing
Commercial Airplanes has been centralized to: Shimadzu Precision Instruments, Inc. (U.S.A.)
Minimum Order Policy
A $100.00 minimum per customer purchase order shall apply.
Prices and Payments
Prices are F.O.B. Torrance, CA. U.S.A. ,unless otherwise specified and include the cost of
packaging in accordance with ATA 300 specifications. Purchase prices are in United States
dollars and payment shall be made in United States Currency.
Shipping charges from the F.O.B. Location to the customer designated shipping address, are
not included and shall be added to the invoiced amount.
Invoice terms are net cash 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise stated, but shall be
reviewed on a case by case basis.
Prices and conditions within this catalog are believed to be accurate; however Shimadzu
Precision Instruments, Inc., reserves the right to correct any inadvertent errors prior to
acceptance of the customer purchase order.
Credit Terms
Shimadzu Precision Instruments, Inc. (SPI), reserves the right to modify or withdraw credit terms
at any time without notice and require guarantees, security or payment in advance of the
amount of credit involved. In the event payments are not made in a timely manner, Shimadzu
Precision Instruments, Inc., may, in addition to all other remedies provided by law, either (1)
declare buyer's performance in breach and terminate the order for default; (2) withhold future
shipments of the order until delinquent payments have been received; (3) deliver future
shipments on all customer orders on cash in advance basis even after the delinquency is
remedied; or combine any of the above rights and remedies as provided by law.
